This morning I was walking to the school, to help students with their english, just like any other tuesday morning.
But as I was walking I noticed a lot of the students leaving school. Which I thought, "alright, maybe its just the morning block ending.."
But then I see a big group of boys from my 8th grade class. And they were all like "Hey Tía!! What's up? What are you doing here?" (Except in spanish... obviously.)
So by this point I was pretty confused. So I jokingly asked "Skipping again? Why aren't you in class?"
To which they replied "um... no, Tía, we got out early today! Teachers meetings? Remember?"
Nope.... didn't remember. Or actually, didn't really know. And even though I made myself look pretty dumb, it was good to laugh with them.
And I got a little break. :)
